Repeated failure to repair cell phone

I have handed in my Samsung Galaxy Pro to Telectro Caledon (Vodacom outlet) twice for repairs. Each time taking three weeks depriving me a total of six weeks without the phone facilities I am paying for.

The phone, for no rhyme or reason goes into a state of 'no signal' when other cell phones around me are fine. When I switch off the device and on again the problem disappears.
Speaking to the service help line (0800 / 25/9/13 Augustina) I was informed that the phone had only been sent to Cape Town Hub the two times for 'repair' and should be sent to Johannesburg! This circus has been going since 19/7/13.
Should I hand it in again the only thing I am assured of is at least another three weeks without the phone and the possibility of it being returned as it was for the third timt.. I am thoroughly tired of being given the run round, I am out of patience.
Because I am on 24 hour 'standby' to help a very ill wheelchair person and have to be contactable at any time in case I am needed.
