Cancelled Accounts in August 2012, but Still activ

Last year (2012) at the end of august i had cancelled my two accounts with Neotel due to me having no use for them any longer, i still have the emails record with the accounts being cancelled which was sent through to neotel, about 2 months after that i still receive sms's, emails with statements, saying that i am owing for the month etc. about 2 months after that i get handed over to there lawyers for some amounts which i was not notified about. i pay the amounts rightfully owed to them but then a month after that and now in January 2013 i still receive sms's requesting me to pay amounts for items which are meant to be cancelled. i call the call centre on numerous occasions and each time the manager is busy and unable to speak to me and they will call me back, i'm still waiting. my most recent call i spoke to a person by the name of blessing on 22/01/2013, he said his manager is in a meeting and will call me back the same day, no call back as yet. He had informed me that one of the accounts are still active and the other cancelled this frustrates me as on previous calls to the center i was informed that it was cancelled.
