Good morning,
Ive been experiencing Network issues when i get home for the past month, Ive contacted the MTN call centre numerous times but i haven't received any joy from them. They gave an 083 900 1212 number but they can only attend to many network queries. This only happens when i get home when im at work in the Mhlanga area or any other area i have reception.
Please may someone from MTN assist me with this issue and I do not want to leave MTN as i like this provider but should it persist i will be forced to take my account elsewhere.
