I am paying for a service that I am not receiving

For about a month and a half now I have been experiencing extremely frustrating issues with my Cell C reception and signal.

It started out that in the Rondebosch area (where I live), I had no BIS signal whatsoever while all my Vodacom and MTN friends in the area were experiencing no issues. I could not receive emails, bbm, whatssap, facebook etc... all services which I pay for.

This then moved on to the CBD city bowl area where I was faced with the same difficulties.

I need to reboot my phone every morning just to get it to connect to BIS (but only sometimes it works when I am in the town CBD area). I often have to wait over an hour for a whatsapp message to go through, if it ever does.

My phone is under my father's name and as such I have had no help from the call centre. when my dad called, they indicated i should switch the network options to Vodacom - which I have tried but to no avail.

I am fed up with this poor service (that I am paying for!) and need this issue to be resolved.
