Went into MTN shop in Westville mall this morning to upgrade contract. There was only one salesperson there who was attending to someone else. After 30 minutes, he was done and then assisted me. System was down, and could not proceed. This had also happened the day before in Westwood mall, system offline. The person advised that this happened often. How can a world class company operate with substandard systems? Very frustrated at wasting over 30 minutes only to be told systems offline and very unhelpful staff who was trying hard to not assist. Upgrade definitely on hold!
