I have two contracts with Cell C. This particular contract gives me 100 any time minutes. I have BIS service which I subscribed to on 22 Sept 2013. I also purchased a data plan of 100mb this day and I enjoy their fair usage plan of 2 gigs. Yesterday my unbilled balance was 18.49. I pressume this was the pro rata for the BBM service. I made a phone call on 24 Sept 2013. Today on 24 Sept 2013 my balance changed to 20.47. What for. Now take the 2.00 extra and multiply by 1000 000 customers. R 2000 000 EXTRA. Went to the eastern cape last week. 90 percent of the time I had no blackberry service. Yet they spend millions on ads, yet do they not only, but cannot even provide decent cystomer service. Cannot wairt to get rid of them. The worst network ever.
