I done a sim swop and due to the branch not activating the new sim, I had to wait 3 days before the line was activated. Everytime I phone the call centre they blame Vodacom. Vodacom is unable to assist as they are not able to view any of the Altech Autopage accounts. Generally bad service from Altech Autopage. Cant wait for my contract to finish with them.
