On Sunday 25th August 2013 I purchased a Promo data bundle of 20Gig for R499 on 'My Account' on the Vodacom Website I noticed the data bundle was not allocated to my available cap and I phoned the Altech Autopage help desk. I was informed that it will take 1 to 24 hours to be allocated. What a ridiculous time period. After several calls between Vodacom and Altech Autopage I was informed that I can't purchase data bundles from Vodacom and load it onto my 10Gig Top Up Contract that I have with Altech Autopage. Vodacom didn't give a when I bought the Data Bundle and where my contract was, Altech Autopage Sorry we can't help you!! How do I get my money back!!! This is absolutely daylight.
