I have swapped my sim card yesterday around 11:30. Ayub assisted me. He told me to check my phone every hour, but it could take 2 to 24 hours before my card will be activated. I phoned Autopage again this morning at which stage I was told to wait until 11:30 and check again. My phone still states"sim not provisioned:2". I phoned again at 16:30 and Ayub tells me that he had to re-submit everything and I have to wait again... same story. Tomorrow is a public holiday again... when will I have an activated phone??? A simple sim swop... why did they not check this morning??? Every time Ayub assisted me, I have experienced problems... is it incompetence and easier to blame the computer system? I do not want to be assisted by Ayub ever again!
