Phone still not working

My Blackberry 9900 was replaced with a refurbished phone as the screen was damaged. The replacement phone didn't work properly. There was always a problem with the signal and it was constantly on SOS or selecting Cell C or Vodacom as a network. After complaining at the store in Parktown the consultant said it may be your sim card that's not compatible with the phone so change it and if not that than the phones faulty. So R130 later and new sim card in phone its still doesn't work. I take the phone in to the store in Kilarney and they book it in for repairs. The services centre sends me a message on the 10th of June to say the handsets repaired. After 3 weeks of fighting because they couldn't trace the phone, I finally get it back. And guess WHAT, it still doesn't work. I call the store and they say t o me I have to bring the phone back. So for two months I'm paying for a service that I cannot use and im also phoneless for that period and I had to fork out R130 for a new simm card when that wasn't even the problem to begin with. Im fed up and demand that this be sorted out. I don't know how u are going to call me because I have no signal on my phone!!!
