7 Months later and still no help!!!

I upgraded in September. My phone only worked for 2 weeks and then it broke!

My phone was in for repairs two times and came back still not working. CellC has responded to some of my emails and complaints, but now they are ignoring me!!! I am paying my account every month but can't use my phone! The EDGE does not work!!!

My phone came back from the previous repair stating they fixed it. They didn't even work on the real problem. The feedback shows they worked on the phone because it will not switch on and of! THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM!!!

I am fed up!
