This is the 3rd time that I am posting on HELLO PETER with regards to CELL C.
The 1st time they let BUSI help me (Incompetent)
They then told they are going to get a competent customer agent to deal with my query.
NELLY (I dont know if CELL C knows the meaning of competent)

So Nelly calls me to help me with my query. She apologises for the inconvenience caused and convinces me that she will sort my query out. RAM couriers eventually sent the phone back to CELL C>
So on Thursday the 19.09.2013 at 10:17 Nelly calls me to tell me they are going to do everything they can to get my phone to me ASAP. She says that she is going to call the warehouse to find out by when the phone can be delivered and then she will call me back and let me know.

Hahahahahaha I am the joke that is still waiting for her call 4 days later being now the 23.09.2013 10:44.

Seriously I now believe that CELL C doesnt care whether they get new clients or not. I dont believe they even care about there existing clients. I am now beyond peed off.

CELL C contacted me on the 02.09.2013 for the 1st time I am still waiting for a SAMSUNG S4.

Friday I lay another complaint because CELL C still didnt help me
