My husband's iPhone 4s was given in for repairs at Irene Village Mall in July 2013, during the period of the phone being with MTN irene, they had a at their premises and the phone was in this event. They first undertook that the phone will be replaced or the money value will be paid out to him, and MTN headoffice is busy with the insurance. Today when I called MTN Irene, they claimed that the insurance is giving them problems and the phone will not be replaced or paid out and this is not their problem any longer. I am very sorry, but this is unacceptable! It is not my problem if MTN has insurance problem and this must be resolved asap!
