SAME COMPLAINT. IT'S NOW 3 MONTHS, 2 WEEKS SINCE I GAVE IN MY PHONE TO CELL C FOR REPAIRS. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM. NO ONE ATTENDS TO MY QUERY OR CALLS ME BACK WITH FEEDBACK. WHERE ON EARTH IS MY PHONE? CELL C NOW NEEDS TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS TIME IVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE. HOW CAN IT TAKE SO LONG. I HAVE NEVER DEFAULTED ON PAYMENT IN ALL THE YEARS. CELL C IS BILLING ME FOR A PHONE THAT I DON'T HAVE. CELL C CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME AS THEIR CUSTOMER.
