I have been assisted by Nelly from my previous complaint:

After nelly helped me to sort out my problem i now find out that my data contract has been cancelled?
I need to use my 3G asap
I dont have any contact information of Nelly and nobody can help me trace her from the call centre.
I have been transferred from pillar to post since this morning.
What do i do now? I need to use my 3G asap!!
Please help.
