Yes she did contact me and promised to get back to me... And guess what?? no further calls. Probably thinking that this complain will go away...
That is where you got it wrong Cell C... If you cannot deliver a service, SAY SO. At least that gives the customer the option to move to other alternatives and rather support your direct competition who actually does care about the clients.. You are eager to take new business but no so eager to service your clients.
My phone is still not sorted out. A 3month old phone with a minor speaker bug and yet you cannot replace or give me a loan phone?
Why should we bother to use your service if this is what we as customers should be going through??
