Hi. customer took a contract at the MTN store. she then changed her debit order and her debit didnt go ogg. They then debited customer twice. When we phoned in to confirm a sales conslutant by the name Andrew assist us, he assured us that the customer will be rfunded anfd gave us the following usd number 2609813, customer then phoned in and told me that the money was still not vredited back into her account. i then phoned in 23/09/2013 and asked to speak to a supervisor by the name karebo, she then kept on stating no but the customer will not be refunded, i do understand that part very well, but my complaint is WHI WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FALS INFORMATION THAT WAS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER, as they still cant give me a answer for that.
