My debit order for July was unpaid to Afrihost because I was moving accounts, so I paid manually but my service was discontinued anyway. And I was told to pay for two months because of the unpaid debit order, so I paid for August and September. So I received an invoice for R5.00 at the end of August. Before I knew it my account was suspended again and I immediately received another invoice for R113.00 which totally confuses me. Since the 3rd of September my services have been down and I have written eight letters with no response from them. I decided to get my IT person involved. Between the two of us we have written a total of 20 letters to them without a response. My IT has been phoning day and night and mostly calls are not answered. I ended up writing on their Facebook page which they respond to by saying "write to our accounts department". The R113.00 has since been paid and I'm still not connected. I want to move my site and they're totally ignoring us. I have paid hosting money to the new hosting company and I cant use them because Afrihost is holding on to my money and my site. So I have paid Afrihost for two months for free without any service! They & are not ashamed!
