It's amazing how you would trust that an organisation such as Vodacom would have sufficient personal in their Accounts Department.
We have been struggling since May 2013 to resolve an issue with them, and every time you phone the call centre they just advise that they have logged the query or "your credit note is in process" and all of a sudden you get an anonymous SMS to advise you that this is your final notice!!!
What is going on there? Or does the Accounts Department of Vodacom keep themselves deaf deliberately??
How many Managers should I speak to, or should I rather just get hold of your Financial Director to have this resolved?
I will not pay the amount you are claiming I must pay, if you don't process the credit due to me.
