I upgraded my cellphone end of 2012. At the time, I had to pay up for a Samsung S3. I therefor chose the S2, only to discover a few weeks thereafter a friend who had the same contract as me, got the S3 for free when upgrading. I did file a complaint with you back then. Well, well, guess what. Vodacom does not care. Now I've had my cellphone for only a year and my battery is already wasted. I did complaint about my battery a few times and then the assistent changed some settings. Recently my battery did not last even 2 hours. I send it in for repairs (job number 9203598). Now I have to pay R205 for a new battery because a battery is only refunded in 6months time. I don't care about the money. To me it is about the concept. Samsung & Vodacom has given me the worst customer care ever! They don't care about their customers at all. I can't wait for my contract to end, so that I can get better service somewhere else - if that even exists!
