Faulty Battery S4

After 5 months the battery in my Samsung S4 will not hold a charge. I have taken my phone to vodacom who confirmed that the battery was faulty. I phoned Customer Care to try and arrange a replacement of the battery in Pretoria only to be informed that I will have to drive 75kms to Weltevreden Park to have it replaced and that there is absolutely no alternative other than collecting the battery at Customer care. This will cost me 3 hours of my day, 150 kms of travelling and I am expected to accept the "there is nothing we can do" attitude. As a client with a product that is under warranty I find the fact that this is now my problem and inconvenience unacceptable. I was also told that at present they also do not have any batteries in stock but they are supposed to be later today!
