On 14 Sep my Blackberry was booked in again. Issues were people can't hear me & vice versa, camera & video were buzzing, phone would switch off randomly & dropped calls. Asked for manager but Anisa, who was on break, said she would request escalation & call me back to get more info. She didnt call & I left numerous messages the entire week.
On the 20th I received an sms to collect my phone from canal walk. On 21st I contacted them to confirm if it was the same repaired phone or a replacement phone. Consultant promised it was a "completely fixed & tested" phone & ready for collection.
On 21 Sep, I collected the phone & noted the same issues were there & even he confirmed it.
Spoke to manager Steven & he noted the issues, but blamed it on a "faulty sim" that could be network related. They rebooked the phone in for camera & video issue, & not the network issue & insisted I do a sim swap.
I have spent dozens of hours trying to resolve this issue with incompetent people at every avenue & was forced to explain my issue to everybody in Vodacom! My phone has been in countless times, & I had specifically requested a commercial pack as I refuse to be put through this ordeal again & again
