I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Banele Mthethwa, who is a very competent team leaders at vodacom's call centre customer care department. It just so happens that i bought 100 MB using cell phone banking, now what i was not aware of, was that my number was recycled, since it had not been utilised for a while, if my memory serves me well that consultant said 11 months or so. Now as a customer i was very angry not to mention very disappointed by the very fact that i was never informed about that stipulation or condition when i bought the sim card, that the sim card will be given to another person if a certain period time elapsed without it being used. Now the consultant that i got through to when i called vodacom's client care was very unhelpful in a sense that Mr Lesedi Badile (consultant) did not show any empathy or care whatsoever about the very fact that he was speaking to a client who has lost money. that's when I asked to speak to a team leader. To cut a long story short, Mr Mthethwa managed to show everything that Mr Badile did not show;he was really listening to my complaint, he showed empathy, professionalism and respect.
