I had a contract with Vodacom last year but stopped using the phone (and subsequent all airtime).
As this happened Vocacom stopped sending me accounts and I assumed they had cancelled the contract.
To my amazement a year later I receive a bill for over R10 000 for calls not made and a service not used.
Although I understand there is an agreement in place I cannot understand how Vodacom could simply stop sending statements and them boom, here's a R10 000 account for you to sort out.
Have moved my account elsewhere and will not be doing business with the company again.
