I have tried to get hold of anyone in the Vodacom Call Centre, but no such luck. The IVR gives so many options and then effectually when I can press 0 to speak to a consultant, I just get cut off. Can no simpler way be implemented to the customer to get to speak to a consultant.
The problem I am having is that my BBMs do not deliver. Instead they just show me a little red clock.
