On 15th September I made a call. On 21st September when wanting to make an urgent call a recorded voice told me I had not made a call for some time! And while they would keep my balance I would have to top up my account in spite of having adequate money to make calls. This has been a great inconvenience for me. I feel I am being held to ransom, having to pay more while still having an adequate balance and wanting to make a call 6 days after making the last.
