Request for a full statement of account

I requested full statements from Cellc for all cellphone contracts I had with them prior to resigning at Walter Sisulu University in 2006. I made this request when they demanded payment from me whereas I also demanded a refund for subscriptions they failed to pay back for an expired contract before I resigned from the university. I was not contacted by Cellc, instead DMC demanded payment on behalf of Cellc. DMC Consumer Reference Number 11851461. The DMC statement starts from 1 August 2011, about 5 years since I resigned from Walter Sisulu University. Surely this is a rip-off if not daylight and infringement of my consumer rights.
