I had 3G Mobile 2 year contract with cellc,
I have given 1 month notice before my contract has expired that I will not renew the contract.
I received my last statement Jan 2012 and has paid that.
I now don't know if they cancelled my contract account 01773443
After that I didn't' received any statement what so ever for outstanding fees
Today (11 June 2013), after 2 years not using any Cell C Service
I received a letter that i owe Cell C Service Provider R250.06 on the account 01773443 and threatening me to blacklist me.
This is from cellc, because they didn't send any statements what so ever to inform of outstanding fees and no amount went off from my Credit Card.
I have paid the R250.06, i would have taken a cellphone contract with cellc later this month, but if this is their attitude they can keep the deals.
I am going to put a tweet and a post on me facebook page how curated CellC is Steals from customers that cancelled their contracts.
