I upgraded from Blackberry to iPhone in February 2013, but till date noticed that I am still charged for the BIS service. As a client I should be checking my invoices, but briefly did in the past, but regardless of who is to blame, this needs to be rectified. I will now be religiously checking my monthly invoices and statements.
I did contact the call centre, 4 times regarding this. The 1st time it was acknowledged that they have now deactivated the BIS service. The 4th call made, I was informed that the matter is still pending. I see this dragging on for months' before I am rightfully refunded.
Proper training should be incorporated by Vodacom.
