Dishonest dealing and faulty billing

On my May statement of virgin mobile I was made aware that virgin does offer data bundles and found out through a friend that that can be accessed by dialling the number. I then proceeded to purchase data bundles in an attempt to lower my monthly cost. On the July month's statement I found that the were various Credit memos corresponding to the data bundles but there were also Debit memos of random amounts. I queried the debit memos, still I have received no feedback.

I was informed in the middle august that there were terms and conditions when purchasing data bundles such as that it is not deducted from the airtime but you are billed for it at the end of the month. There was nowhere any mentioning of terms and conditions when purchasing the data bundles yet Virgin assumes that you as individual can sniff out that there are T&C's.

Another issue on this months statement I saw my invoice stating I owed R754 (this already includes vat) but on the statement it says I should pay R874. Where does the extra R120 come from? I have submitted a complaint to ASASA with regards to the data bundles advertising.

I have also saw that last month it was R80 extra.
