VERY BAD SERVICE

Hi, Im on MTN contract and it happened that i did not pay my acc for last month AUG 2013.I usually get my airtime every month on the 21st and this morning i got airtime as usual R100 airtime and i only used it for facebook and watsapp and now im left with 1 cent, I contacted custormer service at 9:00 and even now im still waiting for response to find out what happened to my airtime, I think its a very bad service to keep the custormer waiting to be answered for more than 30 min
