Account handed over with no warning

After changing to Vodacom 2 years ago I suddenly was notified that Cell C had handed my account of about R500 over to a debt collector. I had no idea that I owed Cell C any money and they never contacted me although they had 2 years to do so!

Am so disappointed in Cell C as I was considering changing back to them because they are offering good deals.
