REF 105001136 - cell 083 382 1738 . My contract expired and I requested to go over to Pre-Paid.
You spend hours on the call centre 808 no just to get any service, at times I held on for over 1 hour to speak to a consultant.
The previous month I had to pay R335 without receiving any free sms or airtime.
The customer care consultant said that MTN will credit me back some funds because I did not receive any free sms or airtime. She ensured me that the line is on Pre-paid now.
Today 21/10 I received a sms to say I must pay R335 again & also my service is suspended now.
What is going on!!!
