I bought a Samsung s4 mini from Vodacom Jabulani on contract on 4 Sept 13. It gave problems right away, it switches of and on, it freezes. 11 Sep 13 I took it back (within 7 days) I was told that they would have to test it 1st, they did and was told they found no fault and I should fetch it. 2 days later it started doing the same things again. But funny thing is I got with all the applications that I have downloaded and all my settings, now I don't know how it was checked? On 20 Sep 13 I called the jabulani shop again hoping to get assistance, and i was given the same response again that I need to bring it and they will book it in again. now my question was now i should stay without a phone again for the next /- 5 days again and they will probably give me the same response that no fault is found with the phone. I was given attitude. Can someone assist with this urgently, because I think I should be given a new phone or have my contract cancelled.
