Very Very Poor Service and

I went to MTN at Hatfield and applied for a Galaxy Tab 7, after 2 days I received a sms saying that my application was approved and they are waiting for the stock.i waited for 10 day and I sent them an email saying I want the Galaxy or I cancel the deal, they then sent me a sms saying I must come and collect my handest. I went to MTN Hatfield to collect my Galaxy only to be told that I don't qualify even after they sent me a message saying my application was approved and the other one saying I must come and collect my handset.
