24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance

I lost my galaxy s2 which was insured with 24hour mobility. I filled a claim and was approved for R5900 which I went to an Mtn store to look for a phone. I couldn't find a phone for that amount then I phoned the call center on the 28/03/2013 and the consultant told me I will qualify for an Galaxy s3 but she will have to check if suppliers have stock but this will be done on the 2nd April due to holidays. I phoned on Tuesday and they promised to get back to me. On Wednesday they said they are awaiting suppliers response. I don't have a phone and 1 thing that is amazing when I filled the application it stated the first claim is R350 but now is 10% of what I am claiming for. Please help me. Tell me which phones I qualify for and when I check for prices on [URL Removed] I do qualify for an s3 which goes for about R5600 and I believe it is one of your suppliers.
