Poor Signal

Since mid-December we have been battling with the cellphone reception in Sundra. We are getting a GPRS signal. I complained on the 22/12/12, 31/12/12, 8/1/13 and again 14/1/13. I was told on the 14/1 that a technician had completed the job at 10:13 that morning, and immediately informed the operator that we are still only receiving a GPRS signal.
I work online 90% of the day and am really battling with my 3G connection.
