Thank you Vodacom for contacting me as requested regarding my contract expiry. On three separate occasions I received three different stories fro your agents regarding when i can convert to prepaid. I need this done by the latest on the 21/09/13 midday. i was told this is possible if I call a day or two before expiry. Now on my third call I hear otherwise.

Melody, Shez and Ray... These are the three supervisors of a department that are too busy to call their clients back. Thank you.

Vodacom is still doing that corporate nonsense treating clients like numbers. If I didn't have a second contract with you guys, I will be happy to be off your network.

I WANT MY NUMBER ON PREPAID NO LATER THAN 21st SEPT 2013 10am. AS I WAS INFORMED.

I will not suffer as a result of incompetence. I need to move over to my new service provider and need to port my number. Thank you for your assistance Lucky from cancellations.

This is really not acceptable from Vodacom. You should keep your word and honour my request.
