This is just a follow up email that I wrote to you in April.
Since the launch of 10MB adsl in 2010, I've made numerous inquiries to the call center, as to when the exchange in my area would be upgraded.
Today In a Telkom Press Release on MyBroadband it states that all 4MB customers will be upgraded to 10MB, starting this November.
Does this mean the Exchange Hardware in my Area will be upgraded?
