As per my conversation with the consultant over the weekend, he advised that the throttling will be lifted on the 1st of the Month. However today is the 1st of October and I'm still being throttled, as I am sitting at 13KB/S. A person can't do anything at that rate. Please fix this urgently, as this is unacceptable!!! I am receiving the worst service ever from MWEB.
