Dishonest business practice

I decided to get Mweb uncapped after a few months we decided to get a 2m speed as it was faster specially for my son studding computer technology at the university.
I was contacted by mweb sales saying that I now receive a free web site that I can have my Telkom line taken over by them and will also pay a cheaper fee.
For the post 3 days our internet connection has been slow and keeps loosing connection. I contacted them only to here that as from Sunday they are throttling my connection this means I am paying for 2m speed but am not receiving it as they are throttling it. Yet they faithfully are taking full amount of money for fast speed but giving me a slow connection. People be warned MWEB are going to catch YOU THEY GOING TO PROMISE YOU FASTER SPEED FOR A PRICE BUT GOING TO GIVE YOU SLOW SPEED. They are downright disgusting low blow and unprofessional company don't let them migrate your line from Telkom don't let them catch you with free web sites. To Mweb I will make it my business to let everyone I know of your unprofessional business practice and start a chain letter of your low blow tactics.
People if your internet is slow don't leave it they are throttling your line.
