Hi, I received a call 17days later from Sandros after my report regarding the refund and 20 days later I have still had no joy in getting MY MONEY back from Cell C and still being advised that I have a credit with them. I need this money to be refunded immediately. It is not money for Cell C to hold onto for their gain, it is my money!!! I so wish I could rather cancel my 3 contracts with Cell C because nobody is prepared to fix the problem!!! Someone in the finance dept is suppose to contact me regarding the refund but i have heard nothing!!! Your customer service!!!
