I called in to close my contract as it was reaching full term, only to be told my account had been upgraded in a store earlier in August! by some one other than me, so what is the point of RICA??? It has been over a month af me calling twice, three times a week only to now be told that no one has even been allocated my query!! So I must just pay and pay for a contract I no longer require because VODACOM do nothing, or is it their plan to try rip me off for as long as possible?? I want this contract closed with immediate effect!
