I upgraded my MTN contract in July 2013. I choose Sony Experia V which was R249.00 on the advert and the consultant who was assisting me explained to me that because i want Top up contract my monthly installment will be R259.00 and my first installment will be R422.99 including activation fee. I agreed and sign the deal, First installment August they deducted R422.99 it was fine as they did explained to me. September they deducted R318.00, this amount was never explained to me when i signed a contract and it was never written anywhere next to Sony Experia V. Will i be wrong if i take this matter to Competition Commission
