About 3 month ago i started to have Trouble with my ADSL line, So i reported it to telkom.
Their brainless solution was to upgrade my line... offcause at my cost, without fixing the problem... so now i am paying over 600 Rands a month to telkom for a service they cannot provide.
every day for the last 2 weeks i phone them... just to find out that my call have been closed because they fixed the problem... Yet i have no internet what so ever so i cannot do work. I exspect Telkom to fix this problem ASAP either or to give me all my money back. i am not prepared to pay 0ver 600 Rands a month for a service they cannot provide!
