I moved recently & have complained to your call centre about our reception. I also spend a lot of time in rural areas where I enjoy 3G service, however in the heart of Stellenbosch I get nothing! I am unable to make/receive calls unless I stand in my garden - not to mention unable to work from home?
My previous home had great service so I have a mifi router which is useless and I would dream of plugging in my 3G card as Edge is all I get!!! This is ongoing/tiresome and I am slowly migrating to CellC as I have no alternative course of action?
