Vodacom is advertising how easy it is to buy online from the website. I tried to buy a Z10 and the website did not want to go to the checkout page. I phone the call centre no one could assist and told me on 20 August that I will receive a phone call with in 24 ours, nobody has phone its 48 ours later. I had to phone about 4 numbers to be told everytime they can't assist. Please remove your advert from the radio as it is false advertising.
