My Vodacom account was handed over to the Lawyers MBD on behalf of Vodacom sometime ago. I have committed to paying off all the accounts and since then MBD has being running a mock with it. I pay every single month on time they never capture it correctly.
Last week I called Vodacom to inform them of the mishandling of the account and they say they can not help me. I have paid R4000 TO MBD attorneys and they claim I have only paid R1500. I have sent them all proof of payments and NO ONE has contacted me since. I do not know if Vodacom is receiving the money and do not understand how a company like Vodacom can have such inefficient lawyers.
