I submitted a complaint on hello peter on 12 Aug 2013 12:37pm regarding the terrible service from Cell C.
An email was sent to me a few days later and was sent back to Cell C.
To date that was the only response I received from Cell C??
How much more should I jump up and down before you do something about my contract phone that is not working and Im still paying for it each month?
I have made endless calls to your call centre and each time you tell me the same thing, the problem will be escalated, but still nothing?????
When are you going to do something about this?
Keep on supercharging on bad service Cell C!!
