I am extremely unhappy about the service I am getting, or not getting and as I am paying for every month, I have from the afternoon being trying to connect to the Internet, with no luck. Each time I try connect, I get an error message that says "you can't connect before register an available network" and no I did not miss a word as this is exactly what is written.
I am on the uncapped lite data contract and understand the fair usage term on the contract, my connection should be throttled once I reach 3gb usage a month, I may have exceeded that, but no where in the contract does it say that I will be disconnected, how the am I supposed to register an available network? This contract is due for an upgrade and after this experience I have not intention of renewing this and the other contract I have with you, I will also at the end of my wife's two contracts make sure that we DO NOT RENEW THEM AS I CAN'T ACCEPT ANY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM MTN EVER AGAIN,!!!!
Regretfully we have just upgraded one of our contract on Sunday, a mistake We will have to live with for the next 24 months...... Pathetic
